New Client Portal
We are currently transitioning the company we use to provide performance reporting on managed accounts from BlueLeaf to Advyzon. BlueLeaf does a good job of providing a quick overview of account performance. Advyzon is a full featured software program for investment advisors that:
acts as a contact management software,
integrates with custodians,
tracks and compiles reports used in meeting our compliance requirements,
provides projects and workflows that aid us in opening new accounts and service requests,
tracks account performance and has excellent reporting capabilities, and
has a client portal for computers and mobile operating systems.
We have been using the software for around nine months and have been very pleased with it. Now that our contract with BlueLeaf is ending, we are rolling out the new client portals.
On March 17th, access to the BlueLeaf website will end and you will be able to access information on the Advyzon client portal. You will receive emailed instructions on accessing the Advyzon client portal prior to March 17, 2024. You can follow the instructions to access their mobile app and/or website.
Some clients who have used BlueLeaf have liked its feature of receiving weekly or monthly emails that give an overview of account performance. With Advyzon, this can continue to occur, but the reports will be in a PDF file that can be saved to your computer or printed. For our less technologically inclined clients, we feel that they will appreciate this new reporting capability because reports will be emailed directly to them without having to access a separate website or mobile app. We are planning on sending quarterly reports, but more frequent reports are available. Also, through our existing wealth management website platform, you can receive weekly emails that provide an overview of the changes to your total net worth, not just the accounts we manage. These are all things we review with clients when we set up new accounts, but frankly we are reviewing a lot at that time, and it can be easy to forget all the resources we provide. On our website, www.retirementc.com, we have a Client Access section that can be reached with the password rcclient. There you will find educational information on how to get the most out of the resources we provide.

It will help us provide you with the account information that you find relevant. When you first access the new Advyzon client portal, you will be asked to complete a fact finder and risk profile. It is not mandatory but we would appreciate you completing both to ensure we have accurate contact information for you and an updated risk profile.
