Update the delivery of your TD Ameritrade paperwork
Option #1 Phone Call
You can schedule a call with us, and we will conference with TD Ameritrade Institutional (TDAI) to make the changes. To do so, select Contact Us and use the scheduler to arrange a 15 or 30 minute call. You can also call TDAI directly at 800-431-3500, option 4. If you have access to TDAI’s AdvisorClient website or mobile App, it is easy to do online.
Option #2 Online
You can update your paperwork delivery options using the steps listed below.

If you have questions regarding accessing your account, check out Account Access.
Select My Profile
Select Communication Preference
Either select Go Paperless or Update preference individually
I personally prefer to have tax documents available online and mailed to me. If you are comfortable with all delivery being electronic, select the green Go paperless button. If you want to customize your preferences, select Update preferences individually and follow the steps. You might want to consider at least having trade confirmation delivered electronically. Trade confirmations are generated when a security is bought or sold. These transactions are listed on your monthly statements and can be tracked online. Depending upon the amount of securities in your account, trade confirmations could generate a lot of mail.
